What are our hours of operation?

The Salon is open 4 days a week, see Salon Hours for the current times. Please note these time are subject to change based on staff availability and training but we do our very best to fit everyone in.

How long is my hair to know which service to book?

If you have been in before you can always check with your stylist, if you are booking for the first time online our general guidance is.

    • Short - Above the chin
    • Medium - Chin to Shoulder
    • Long - Shoulder to Mid Back
    • Extra Long - Mid Back and below

If you are unsure please call and have a chat and we can help get you booked in for the right duration of time.

what is your pricing structure?

All prices listed on the website are starting price points based on short normal thickness hair. For more detailed pricing refer to our prices listed on kitomba. Please note that extra thick hair may incur additional costs to those based on length.

 

We do our very best to keep our pricing competitive and only increase our prices when our costs require it. Prices are subject to change without notice, but we always try to give our valued clients as much notice as we can.

If you require customised quoting please call and have a chat or pop into the salon. 

How do I book?

If you are new to Daisy Chain please give us a call to have a chat or drop in and say hello. You can also email us and we will call you at a time that is suitable. This gives us the opportunity to get a bit of background about you so we can best meet your needs and get you booked you in.

 

For existing clients please book via your online account.

 

Please also note that bookings are made based on timed services, if you need to change your service this may affect your booking time. We do our very best to accomodate but sometimes we may need to change your booking accordingly. 

What services do you offer?

We pride ourselves on our variety of services and ensuring our clients walk away with everything they desire. Please review what we offer here or get in touch if you have a special request.

Can I bring my kids?

We welcome clients of all ages, babies right through to seniors and our stylists are trained in a variety of services to suit all. We do ask if you need to bring children to your appointment with you that you bring snacks and entertainment to keep them occupied, we are a family friendly salon but need to ensure the safety and experience of all our clients.

 

Do you run on time?

We always do our very best to run on time, which is why we make every effort to ensure clients are booked in for all the services they require, so our times are planned accordingly. Sometimes we may run a little late or early in which case we will reach out to affected clients accordingly. We kindly ask that you do the same. If you get stuck and are running late please phone us at the salon as soon as you are able.

We also ask that if you need to be finished by a particular time you let us know at the beginning of your appointment. 

what is your illness policy?

We are a small team and we service a range of clients and as such we please ask that you do not attend the salon if you are feeling unwell. Please contact us as soon as you are able and we will reschedule your booking for a new date and time that is suitable. 

 

We reserve the right to refuse service if you present to the salon with significant symptoms that we feel will risk our staff or our clients.
